Inspired by song lyrics that I encounter while painting , a LebensStücke series about youth, love and life has emerged.
“For me it should rain red roses” is the fifth of five paintings.

… For me it should rain red roses,
I should encounter all miracles.
The world should transform itself
and keep its worries to itself.
… And later, I still said, I would like to understand
understand, see a lot, experience, preserve.
And later, I still said, I would like to be
not be alone and yet be free.
… For me it should rain red roses,
I should encounter all miracles.
Fortune should behave gently,
it should administer my fate with love…
