A hot summer day in Berlin… and we in the museum.

After the complete Joseph Beuys side wing, for which we had come, was closed and otherwise only moving images, which one could experience standing, walking, looking around, flickering video projectors with war scenes, as well as numerous triggers irritated our brains, we longed for the good old painting.

After all, the supreme discipline and hard to find in this museum….

In search of a pop art portrait of Andy Warhol
my husband asked – slightly annoyed – the Berlin museum attendant:
Where is the Warhol here… ?

and got the answer:

“The Warhol is dead”
